"History of guns knows how to cook good recipes with a huge variety of musical elements, styles and aesthetics without getting lost in the abundance of their study. Have managed to create a solid, uncompromised and fearless style of their own that will generate admirers proportionally with the number of historic references they have dealt with.
I really wasn’t expecting something as good as this album is. I mean, you read: Electro and gothic as main influences on their curriculum and you may twist your mouth in a gesture of rejection, but... This is no banal, wanna-be-gothic cheapness full of common ground electro dipshit or silly industrial/punk copycats. This is a progression of epoch styles and a transfiguration in just one band. An alchemical distillation of the future sound of UK. You will never dismiss this band after listening this album."

Much deserved mate :D
And I would agree. The thing I love about Guns is it's total distinctivness. There is nothing else that sounds like it. Not even Crass. :D
:-D
though i've had MTV2 on in the background for the past couple of days and it's OASIS week. i think the next album should sound almost exactly like OASIS.
and History Of Guns loves you right back. :)
i still cling to my hope that we'll be on the same bill for a gig sometime soon
